As we all know IBM Lotus Notes is a complicated Email application and users usually faces different problems while using it so they tried to find solutions for their problems. It forms multiple files other than only database files in its data directory which may be important to know by users. So here we are trying to make the users know about the important files and the errors they may found while accessing application for different purposes. We will also discuss for the various actions which need to be taken while running Lotus Notes and give users the method to perform those actions.
